Get ready for the biggest and cheesiest class to date. Not only will we explore different styles of cheeses and how they are made, we’ll also share the unique stories behind the small dairy farms where they are produced. This seated and informative class will consist of 7 cheeses paired with 7 wines plus accoutrements such as jams, fruits and breads. This class will also focus on the preparation of serving cheese and how to make the most Instagram-worthy spreads for your upcoming holiday family festivities. Local leading cheese lady and owner of the Houston Dairymaids, Lindsay Schecter, will be teaching this class along with resident wine lady and GM, Adele Corrigan, and assistant GM, Carleigh Rice.
