We will be offering a rare and special one-time-only flight night featuring a vertical of vintages from Thirteen Appellations. The symbology of this wine is extremely important to us as Thirteen Appellations was the first selection for our wine list almost 13 years ago. In fact, the first vintage we acquired was 2003, which we have scoured the market to find only a handful of bottles just for this flight. Thirteen Appellations is a winery that is unique to the Napa Valley in that it is the only one bottling a wine made with grapes taken from all of Napa’s sub-appellations. Subsequent vintages Fourteen, Fifteen and Sixteen resulted from the expansion of sub-appellation regions. For this one night only, all four of these wines will be presented as a flight and paired with a special selection of Houston Dairymaids’ cheeses and charcuterie.
