Deep in the heart of California resides the region of Sonoma, with a rich history of winemaking surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of grape vines. Some of the best restaurants, art galleries and most picturesque views can be found here. While most people think of Napa as California’s great wine region, at 13 celsius, we think Sonoma is more our speed and style. The lifestyle in Sonoma is considered more laid back, the wineries are less commercial, and the vineyards where the farmers meticulously cultivate their vines are more spread out. In Sonoma, the terroir fluctuates greatly, thus a vast number of grape varieties are planted and different and exciting styles of wines can be produced.
